Read and Eat at the Killingworth Library

Come to Read and Eat every Thursday at the Killingworth Library from July 6th to August 24th! Children will listen to stories while they enjoy a picnic lunch from 12:00pm-1:00pm. This program is most appropriate for children ages 5-10, but all children are welcome, especially to share in the free food.

Transportation to the Killingworth Library is serviced by the River Valley Transit bus 645 or the Dial-a-Ride program, which can pick you up at your residence and transport you to the library. For more information on these options, visit estuarytransit.org.

Lunches will be provided by the Killingworth Women’s Organization. No registration is necessary. If you have questions about the program, please call 203-984-3518.

This program is brought to you through a partnership of the Killingworth Women’s Organization, the Killingworth Library, the Killingworth Shared Harvest Garden and Shoreline Soup Kitchens and Pantries.
