Native Americans in Killingworth

September’s display case features items from the Killingworth Historical Society and provides a glimpse into the lives of Native Americans in Killingworth. Check out arrowheads and a small pottery bowl discovered on Chestnut Hill and Roast Meat Hill Roads, as well as photos of Joshua’s Rock and Sackett’s Cave. If you want to learn more, be sure to sign up for our 3-part lecture series with Lucianne Lavin, which starts on Wednesday, September 13th – see the General Announcements on the homepage of the library’s website, or call for details.
