Killingworth’s Many Historic Structures Featured in Our August Display Case

The Killingworth Historic Review Committee is highlighting the significance of Killingworth’s many historic structures with a new display for the month of August. This town committee is charged with preserving historic structures in town and has recently completed an update of the 1978 inventory. The map on display reveals the surprising density of historic building along some of the early roads in Killingworth. Joseph Hutchins, committee member and creator of the display and Elizabeth Disbrow, committee chair are shown here arranging the antique building tools from Joseph’s collection.
