Killingworth Volunteer Fire Company’s Fire Prevention Month Display

The library thanks the Killingworth Volunteer Fire Company for providing an informative display for the month of October: Fire Prevention and Safety! Learn more about fire hazards and safety at home, at school, while traveling, and during the holidays ~ the importance of smoke detectors ~ fire extinguisher use ~ and how to create a fire evacuation plan. There are a variety of pamphlets, brochures, magnets, and stickers, including a special booklet of kids’ activities, available for patrons to take home with them. The DVDs on display belong to the library and can be checked out. Be prepared, and stay safe!
