Killingworth Pastoral

We welcome back local painter Sandra Smith, with a beautiful exhibit in December’s display case! The array highlights both the birds and flowers of Killingworth: bring back sweet memories of summer, surrounded by cone flowers, poppies, and sweet peas, while enjoying the strains of song from a fluffy bluebird and a perky towhee – wander through the autumnal woods of Parmelee Farm as a cedar waxwing samples berries from a nearby tree – then curl up into winter’s frost with a hardy cardinal and redpoll. 10% of sales from this display benefit the library.
