The IRS has drastically reduced the forms that libraries can get. They will not send instructions for 1040, 1040A OR 1040EZ, or schedules A, C, D, E, EIC, OR R. Basically, they are sending 1040, 1040A and 1040EZ forms and nothing else.
You can get copies of all forms and instructions
free through the mail by going to: www.irs.gov/Forms-&-Pubs/Order-Products or calling 1-800-829-3676.
It will take between 7-15 days to receive the forms by mail.
If you don’t want to wait you can view, download, and print them online by going to: www.irs.gov/Forms-&-Pubs.
