February’s display case features cake creations by Sandra Graichen. Sandra is a self-taught artist who owns Flowers & Lace Cake Artistry, which she runs out of her own home. The cakes on display are styrofoam molds with real fondant on the outside (get close enough to the case, and you can smell the sugar!). Marvel at book-themed creations inspired by Peter Rabbit and Harry Potter, wildlife vistas, falling snow, and classic designs. Sandra also plans to make a real, Valentine-themed cake for our bake sale on February 11th. What delicious talent!
