eBooks at the Killingworth Library!

one-clickdogYes, you read that right! Instructions and links to necessary software and apps are available in the OneClickDigital Help section, along with User Tutorials. Basic printed instructions are also available at the library. All you need: your library card number! Click on Create New Account in the top right corner of the OneClickDigital home page to get started – you only need to do this once to access all of the eBooks (over 700 titles) and eAudios (over 2,300 titles) that they offer.

Items may be checked out from 1 to 14 days (your choice), with a maximum of 2 checkouts and 3 holds at one time. Items may be renewed for one checkout period. Create wish lists of future reading and listening choices, and also recommend titles for purchase into OneClickDigital (under the My Collections tab, once you have registered). eBook titles available now include classics, children’s and young adult titles, mysteries, nonfiction, and some bestsellers.

OneClickDigital is made available through the CT State Library and iConn.org, the one-stop platform for free databases to all Connecticut library users. On June 3rd, Governor Malloy officially authorized the State Library to create and maintain a state platform of eBooks for public library patrons – legislation to benefit everyone!

Have a wonderful reading (and listening) summer!
