The growing hardships of war and deprivation on ordinary people are brought home in ways large and small as the Nazi insanity impacts the lives of young and old. Kathleen Amoia, who leads book discussions at the Middlesex Institute of Lifelong Education at Middlesex Community College and writes book reviews for the Killingworth Krier, will guide the discussion at Killingworth Library.
