The Killingworth Library Golf Tournament returns to the Clinton Country Club!It’s never too early to start dreaming about golf, especially during the cold winter months in Connecticut! The Killingworth Library is preparing to host the 15th Annual John P. Hine, Jr. Memorial Golf Tournament on August 17th at Clinton Country Club – a dream come true!
The private golf course, considered the “Gem of the Shoreline” will set the scene for challenging play on a breathtaking venue. Participants will not only enjoy 18 holes of golf (with a cart included), but also time to practice at the driving range, wonderful prizes for top golfers, and a large raffle with a wide variety of donated items. Food provided for the day includes a full barbecue lunch; refreshments on the course; and a full dinner including appetizers and a buffet with a carving station.
The annual tournament is the Library’s largest fundraising event of the year. Funds raised help the Killingworth Library provide invaluable community services throughout the year.
Event Details:
Registration begins at 11 a.m.
Driving Range opens at 11 a.m.
Barbecue lunch served at 11 a.m.
Shotgun start at 12:30 p.m.
Appetizers and Dinner immediately following
Cost: $175 per golfer or $700 per foursome if registered by June 17.
The price will increase to $200/golfer after June 17th – Register early and save!
