Thursday, August 13th, 6:30-8:00pm. Zentangling is the relaxing and rewarding process of creating artistic designs with repetitive patterns. It is also known as meditative doodling. Called “yoga for the brain”, zentangle can reduce stress and improve focus. Learn ways to add color and shading to your zentangle and leave with a zentangle “tile” or flower created with basic designs. All supplies provided by the library. No artistic experience required.
