Internet Safety Class Tuesday November 27

Matthew Rader, a “Certified Nerd” at Nerds to Go,  will teach a class on Internet Safety on Thursday, November 27 at 7:00 pm at Killingworth Library. Rader will explain how to stay safe on the internet by giving real-world examples of traps and tricks used by scammers. In this seminar, he will go over some techniques to avoid scam pop-ups and tricks. Attendees should bring their tablet, smartphone, or laptop. Rader services the shoreline area for Nerds To Go, helping residential and small business customers as well as municipal services. The program is free but advance sign up is required
