If this is your first time logging in from home since we joined the Bibliomation Consortium on September 3, your old password will no longer work. You can request a new password by clicking on the link that appears on the “Log in to Your Account ” screen. You should receive a confirmation of your request for a password reset within 30 minutes (unlike some systems, it is not immediate, please allow the full 30 minutes). If you don’t receive an email within 30 minutes, it is likely that the library does not have a current email for you in the system – just call the library at 860-663-2000 and ask for Laurie or Tammy for assistance.
For security purposes, your new password must consist of at least 12 characters – or you may a choose a simple three word phrase with spaces between words, such as: bears taming pixies
