Thursday, September 29th at 3:30pm. Mike Frechette, President of the New Haven Philatelic Society, will present a stamp collecting seminar at the library. The focus of the program is to get people interested in collecting as a hobby — one that will last a lifetime and one that you can spend as much or as little time as you wish, and as much or as little money as you wish. If attendees wish to bring in collections, Frechette will evaluate the collections and recommend what avenues they have if they wish to dispose of it. All ages are welcome. The event is free but advance sign up is required.
